We often gravitate toward foods, like yogurt, that are thought to be healthy. If you enjoy yogurt, check the sugar content, and reassess whether your chosen brand/flavor is the right choice for your health.

This study shows that high intensity work done over a short period of time is as beneficial as moderate intensity work done over a longer period of time. When you're strapped for time, up the intensity!

Plank Challenge!! #Repost @plantstoplanks with @get_repost ・・・ We're going to keep sliding through this week with another plank variation for your Tuesday! @vitalifit_coach is back in the gym to demonstrate a slider Army Crawl. The legs stay solid but the upper body does the work to move you along as you walk your hands down the aisle and back. If you don't have a lot of space you can still do the movement for a shorter distance for the allotted time. Be sure to really focus on keeping your core locked in and control your feet on the sliders. Adapt by using a couple of towels or old t-shirts on a wooden floor if you don't have sliders. Here's a creative way to exercise while you're watching Monday Football 🏈 (this was me yesterday!) . . The worse your team does, the more work you'll do!
