Ladies, if you’re between the ages of 35 and 50 and looking to recapture that youthful, confident feeling then check out ReBUILD, the 12-week strength training program designed specifically for YOU by Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Vitalifit head coach Jason Bacigalupo.

Throughout my career I’ve heard a variety of concerns from women about strength training. Stop me if you’ve had any of these concerns yourself:

    • I want to look fit and defined, but I’m afraid strength training will make me “bulky”.

    • I’d like to strength train, but I don’t know where to begin.

    • I haven’t been active in a while. Is it ok for me to strength train?

    • I’ve heard cardio is better than weight training for leanness.

    • I’ve just had a baby. I don’t know what exercises are safe for me to do

    • I’m not 20 anymore and I don’t feel as energetic. How should my workout program change?

    • Is strength training compatible with my other favorite fitness activities like yoga or pilates?

    The answer, to these and many other concerns women have regarding their workouts, is that strength training solves a lot more problems than it creates. If you would like to be leaner, more active, more confident, more energetic and stronger, both mentally and physically, then strength training is exactly what you need!

    Over 12 weeks, ReBUILD challenges you with daily workouts (45 minutes, tops!) that include compound strength training movements (think lunges and squats) and high heart rate interval work. You’ll be challenged, you’ll sweat and you’ll work hard! By the end of the program your concerns will have melted away, leaving a more energetic, leaner and confident woman!

    Here’s what you need to know…

    We’re limiting this program to 40 people, between the ages of 35 and 50. Here’s what you need to know:

      • You should be (relatively) injury free, aside from some minor aches and pains.

      • You should have some experience with strength training.

      • You should have access to a facility with dumbbells and some free weights.

      • The price for this program is $175 – 3 months of online coaching would cost you $450!

      • You will have access to email support, as well as an exercise video database.

      • Upon sign-up, we’ll conduct a brief phone call to review the program and cover any concerns you have.
