Sports teams have a process. Businesses have a process. If you would like to move your health and fitness goals forward, develop your process and ruthlessly execute it.

One great way to add variety to a training program and boost your progress is to add eccentric and isometric training.

Exercising too much, too fast can have serious consequences. Be sure you’re following a training program that matches your skill level and ability.

Self-care is a key but overlooked component to a good process. After all, our program is only good if we can perform, and we can't perform well if we're in pain. Hip tightness tends to create problems in the low back and knee and can really limit our ability to move. I almost always start and end a workout with a foam roller to the hip and glute area. 👉Pre-workout: I stimulate blood flow and work out tight areas prior to exercise. 👉Post-workout: I reinforce those changes with some targeted follow-up. . . One minute each side is enough⏱ . .
