If you try to appeal to everyone, your message will get lost and authenticity is eroded. You won’t be clear on your why, and neither will anyone else. Be willing to stand for what you believe in and those on a similar path will find you.

1 leek
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 purple bell pepper
1/2 squeeze lemon
ground pepper
👉Pre-heat oven to 400
👉Wrap the halibut & ingredients in parchment paper. Seal well.
