Stay on the path…
80% of something is better than 💯% of nothing... . I woke up stiff and sore today. Originally, today's workout was supposed to be a 5x8, but I eliminated one set and supplemented with some mobility and auxiliary work. While not exactly what I had planned, I still got some great work in, and kept myself moving forward. .
