The Air Bike is a medieval torture device manufactured by sadists and used by masochists😅. If running sprints or high-impact conditioning should be avoided, the bike serves as an excellent alternative. It's easy to use and appropriate for virtually any population. Here's a round of the 15 calorie sprint workout on the Airdyne Pro from @schwinnindoorcycling The key is to SPRINT for 15 calories - this took about 15 seconds. My goal is to hit that time every round. Therefore, I need the full recovery which takes me to the two minute mark. By round 4 or 5 you'll appreciate the rest. If you listen closely, you'll hear I'm out breath as I try to talk through the video!
