My Favorite Articles this Week

Anyone who knows me or has trained with me knows that I love the battle ropes as a go-to tool for training shoulder strength and endurance, along with general endurance. Stack.com has a short video with some easy to implement battle rope variations.

My colleague at Excellence In Exercise, Katie Jensen, just started a series called 21 days of healthy habits at her blog Plants to Planks. Great stuff here – give it a read!

Along those lines, finding a healthy meal when you’re on the go is often challenging. Precision Nutrition created a handy infographic with some ideas about how to structure a healthy meal or snack in a variety of scenarios.
