Anyone who knows me or has trained with me knows that I love the battle ropes as a go-to tool for training shoulder strength and endurance, along with general endurance. Stack.com has a short video with some easy to implement battle rope variations.

Along those lines, finding a healthy meal when you’re on the go is often challenging. Precision Nutrition created a handy infographic with some ideas about how to structure a healthy meal or snack in a variety of scenarios.
Simple, yet excellent advice for the 40+ crowd (of which I’m almost a member!)
Wanna train past age 40, 50, etc? 1) make it a priority 2) use health, fitness, and some vanity metrics 3) weave into overall lifestyle 4) enjoy process 5) don’t get hurt.
