The Pallof Press is one of my favorite anti-rotation core exercises. If you're ready to add a new challenge, try taking your hands overhead. You'll get an even greater core challenge while adding in some valuable shoulder mobility. 𝘾𝙤𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙩👉🏼: 𝙆𝙚𝙚𝙥 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙚𝙡𝙗𝙤𝙬𝙨 𝙚𝙭𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙙, 𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙗𝙚𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢.
