Per Month

At Vitalifit, we recognize that nutrition can seem overwhelming. Many factors may need to be addressed in order to help you achieve your desired lifestyle. Moreover, what works for one person might not work for another. With that in mind we approach nutrition coaching in the following ways:

1- We follow a habit based coaching model which reviews your current eating habits and addresses both WHAT and HOW you eat.

2- Rather than give multiple tasks to accomplish all at once, we introduce those changes one at a time. Once you’ve mastered a single habit, you’ll move on to the next.

3- Keep it simple: No measuring, no calorie counting, etc. Whatever we’re working on at a given time should be easy to execute.

4- The nutrition coaching program is not a diet plan or a quick fix. Diet plans and extreme dieting strategies are difficult to execute, have consequences and usually fail over time. Our goal is to create long-term, sustainable habits that lead to long-term sustainable weight loss.

Our Onboarding Process

Once you sign up, you’ll receive an information packet via email which you’ll complete and return.  Upon review, we’ll begin working on the first new habit and proceed accordingly.  As you master each habit, we’ll add a new one until you’ve addressed each one.  We’ll email weekly and conduct a video or phone call twice per month to give you the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback about what’s working and what isn’t.   As part of your coaching program you’ll receive:

  • Individualized program, tailored to your specific needs, health history and goals.
  • Weekly Email Support, so you can ask questions about the program and submit data for review.
  • Two 15-minute Video calls per month for you to provide feedback about what you like and dislike, and what you feel is or isn’t working.
