During the week time is short⏰ Therefore, I look for quick, delicious meals that satisfy my hunger and provide enough food for leftovers for the whole family. This ground meat, veggie and rice mix fits the bill perfectly. It's super easy to make, tastes great and makes a ton of food: 1lb. grass fed ground beef 1lb. ground turkey 1 32 oz bag mixed veggies 1 cup rice Garlic pepper (or seasoning of your choice) Cook separately, season to taste and mix together. Don't overcook the veggies or they'll get mushy !! . Heat them just long enough to thaw and warm.
